The debut release for A Beautiful Machine. Fazed out, joyfully noisy shoegazer / dream rock, taking influence from Ride, The Cure and other greats. Feedback laden drone grooves, shimmering wall-o-sound dynamics and duelling guitars all the way, melting from fuzzy psychedelia to melancholy ambience in the blink of an eye.

Solo harsh electronics and grinding atmospheres from HALO drummer r.allen. PP&D is a grimy, claustrophobic soundtrack to every z-grade gorefest ever made.

The fourth release from 2-piece improv sonic terrorists HALO takes their bastard mix of noisecore sludge and abrasive power electronics to new depths. HALO deconstructs the sad carcass of Heavy Music with relentless efficiency, forcing it through a meat grinding power noise aesthetic to leave it shivering and wasted by the side of the road, begging for release. Degree Zero Point Of Implosion mixes wall-of-noise dynamics with brutal cacophony - critically detuned bass lays down sheets of white...

A descent into the cold dark heart of pure corporate violence and greed, Massive corporate Dis ease fuses shuddering low-end droning grooves with crushing slo-mo rhythms to create dark, oppressive industrial-tinged noise rock. The first HALO recording as a two-piece, relying primarily on drums & bass with additional harsh noise manipulation, thus setting the stage for the band, MCD makes great use of empty space and overwealming noise assaults.

HALO recorded live in Melbourne, Australia in front of a dozen or so people.. A number typical of our local following back when we played out in Melb. The show was supposedly the launch for the ..Implosion album, you can even recognise some songs in amidst the sludge. ..Turned out pretty damn good, considering it was captured with two cheap dynamics gaffa'd to the ceiling.. Come to think of it, that's not too far from the recording of the actual album.

Spastic cut & paste rhythms, disfigured analog tones, atonal atmospheres and disjointed freeform drum'n'bass collide head-on in this latest release from the Terminal Sound System. The Black Note Ep combines mutilated pseudo-freejazz cutups, wandering abstract melodies and harsh digital expletives into a musical travesty both horrendous and strangely beautiful, formless and horribly precise, a soundtrack for an arthouse film so terribly convoluted as to be never realised. A product of both...

The long-lost lp from Terminal Sound System, recently discovered within a pile of backups, dusted off and restored to its rightful place in the Embryo chronology. Building on the deep bass and spaced-out beats of Watcher, TUQS is perhaps the missing link between the old tss (emb006, 012) and the new (emb017, 021).

The debut release from Terminal Sound System tosses elements of lofi electronica, breaks, dub & minimalist electro drone into a chopping, changing collection of atmospheric electronic music. Deep, dirty sub bass and spacious drones keep watch over glitching, skittering beats while the rats in the walls run wild.

From the opening rising swell of hazy feedback to the closing cadence of shimmering, guitar noise, this second release from A Beautiful Machine is a hallucinogenic ride through reverb-drenched atmospheres, abrasive-yet-lush guitars and spaced-out, lethargic vocals. Solar Winds.. takes the ABM sound of noisy, post-shoegaze dream rock far further than hinted at in the debut self titled release, embracing a wide range of moods and sounds, crafting dark & dreamy odes to folly, love, loss and...

A strange and beguiling collection of instrumental hallucinations, from alien weather reports to irritating drones, spacious soaring soundscapes to an absurdist funeral march. Created with an unlikely pile of junk and (semi) musical instruments (including a collection of drums, some metal rods, the Casiotone, a couple of guitars, a clock radio, the Russian fx pedal ov doom, some beer bottles & the late lamented Electric Mistress) on the venerable Tascam 4-track, COL could be the soundtrack...

The latest release from ABM comes in the form of this collection of five bittersweet songs to love, loss and passing time, combining droning guitars with reverb-drenched feedback ambience and soft, lethargic vocals. Another Time serves as the end of a musical era for this project, although far from ending, this Ep provides a fitting coda, whilst simultaneously opening the way for the next era of musical progression for A Beautiful Machine..

Opening with the sound of guitars performing a slow-motion launch over some alien sea, the third album from A Beautiful Machine picks up from where Solar Winds.. left off, taking the obsessions with deep space and the ocean to darker, deeper, noisier depths. From detuned wall of guitar noise to shimmering, soaring deep space rock, Home is a unique post-rock sonic journey.
